"The hiawiann flower garden apartments are very family oriented. I was easily able to make friends with my neighbors who are super helpful. The landlord is awesome and has allowed me to paint my apartment to help my sensory disability. He is very kind and personable. He has invested into the property by buying new appliances. He deals well with people who have disabilities and that has been such a nice change for me."

"My grandmother moved in here about 5 months ago. They are 55 years old and up or and/ or handicapped living apartments. Very nice and well kept. Couldn't have found a better nicer place for her. She has her own one bedroom apt. Very nice vinyl flooring and the management ( Rick ) is very nice and tremendously helpful. I highly recommend this place."
