"DO NOT use this company. It is a SCAM!!!! I would give it zero stars but that wasn’t an option. I was quoted $80-120 they charged $228. They claimed they mentioned when they arrived the cost would be $140. My husband and I both heard to buy these tools online is $140. So we thought we were saving money by not doing it ourselves. Wrong!!! $140 was the base price for airbag wedge things, which as a side note they can be bought on Amazon for $20 and arrive in a day. When we complained about the price and how it wasn’t the cost they quoted over the phone they said oh we told you $140 for the airbags and you said ok. What no you never said that. Had they said it was $140 we would have thought that included all the fees, because their website specifically says no hidden fees…NOPE. There are hidden fees. The quote you get won’t include their fees. So it was $149 for use of the 2 airbags, $29 service fee and $35 labor fee then taxes. DO NOT USE THEM, it is a SCAM."
"I was quoted $180. The total was $305. The technician spoken English. When we had an issue over the price, all the sudden he only knew a little English. I called customer service for support while the technician was in my home. Customer service hung up on me AND I was being very nice and professional. Scammers"
"$10 for a copy of a house key? Ridiculous. I'm guessing the positive reviews are from the owner's friends."
"Total scam. I bought 4 keys and none were what I put into the machine and none of them were even like the other. All 4 were different cuts and didn’t work."
"Reviewing the kiosk experience. Took 2 keys to get cut. Couldn’t do either. They wanted to charge a fortune and have the keys shipped to me. The wanted $35 for one of the keys (car key from 1988). The other was a key I got last year and still needed shipping. Their satisfaction guarantee is useless."
