"I called to get some struts replaced and got a quote for $283 for labor from a steve. I had my neice bring her car in to have the struts replaced the recommended a alignment for $135. Over the phone I agreed to pay that also in addition. When called to pay for the repairs. The bill went up $217 to a total of $775. I had got a quote from les shuwab for $100 less. But 4 seasons quoted me less so I went with them on a recommendation of another. When asked why the price increased, The gentleman on the phone said, "well steve gave you that quote and he was wrong on the hours. He stated they were closing early like right then for hunting season for the weekend. My niece needed her car for work and I was left with having to pay the bill in full to get the car out of Hawk. It's sad they probably looked at this 21 Y.O. little girl and the fact i was paying the bill over the phone from out of state though they could take advantage. They lost me and my family member who recommended me as clients!!"
