"Bought two items accidentally and tried to return it minutes later and they wouldn't take it back. They answer the phones whenever they feel like it. Overall very poor service. I will get my parts elsewhere whenever possible."

"I have a cat 246c skid steer. I have a chain to the right rear wheel break. I pulled the side panel off, found my issue, went to Wheeler Machine in lindon to get parts. The parts guy was great. Printed diagrams, helped me figure out which parts I need. He even went and got a technician to give me pointers and torque specs to do the job. All around extremely helpful. They ordered the parts, told me it would be in On Wednesday. I called today. All parts were there and I picked them up. Outstanding service! When I was picking parts up today, the tech was just getting off work, walking out the front door. I had one more question for him. He stopped, answered my question and was again helpful even though he was on his way home. Thank you for all the help and pointers! You guys are great!"

"UPDATE: The Salt Lake branch has been super helpful in resolving my issues, and getting me the necessary parts. I received my parts within 36 hours of speaking to them. I have now personally spoken to several people from the Salt Lake and Lindon branches. I hope this was truly an isolated incident, and any needed future purchases will be handled as smoothly as my resolution was. Thank you. ORIGINAL: Called this location to find a part for my Caterpillar motor. The guy told me no one in their system had any in stock. I inquired if I could order one? He told me that the SLC branch had 4 back ordered, and so there was no point ordering one. He recommended that I just call back every 2-3 weeks to check if one happened to come in stock. I asked if there were any other options? He said that I could try just looking online to find it somewhere else. Ended up finding the part through a Caterpillar dealer in another state. They went above and beyond to help me. They informed me that the Caterpillar warehouse in California had them in stock, and they could be shipped out immediately. The California warehouse happened to be the same warehouse that ships to the Lindon branch. Unfortunately, the Lindon branch would rather I seek help from their competitors. Wish I lived closer to the other company."

"Have you ever seen the Soup Nazi episode of Seinfeld? I cannot speak about sales or rentals, but its fairly stressful to ask about help finding a part. Perhaps the guys could remember that we are not the experts even if we work on the machines ourselves. Some That being said, there is a middle aged guy in there that is really helpful when you ask a bunch of questions. He anticipates what you might ask next and is typically one step ahead of you."
