Scott & his entire crew were diligent & conscientious in analyzing the damage & in doing the needed demolition. "The Fire Alarm was going off for the second time that week and our condo owners were reluctantly gathering in the courtyard. The fire trucks arrived and they could not find a fire or water leaks although one unit was reporting water dripping into their condo. Fast Forward about 2 hours: Team Hamann rolled into town from Salt Lake City to help handle all the pipe breakage claims after a few very cold winter nights in Spokane, WA. It may have been 10:00pm and all were road tired but they set to work setting up fans, dehumidifiers and tearing into walls and pulling up flooring so everything could start drying and no chance of mold settling into the walls or homes. Eight units were damaged in our building and no idea how many other homes, commercial buildings, or condos in town they were working on. Over the next 14 days they showed up almost every day and worked with owners and The Board to complete their mitigation to ensure when contractors arrived to start repairing and rebuilding they would encounter dry walls and clean work areas. We were so impressed by the professionalism and friendly team members, we were sorry to see them go. This team was our miracle to help all of us navigate such a dreadful incident. I would highly recommend Scott and his incredible team!"
