"Unimpressed. I understand when they told me that they didn't fix the holes created in the drywall. However, they didn't mention that they were going to destroy our ceramic tiled floor. They also mutilated the floor of the cabinet by cutting numerous holes for the plumbing. They also installed the toilet facing the wrong direction and now it needs to rotated 90° so that it's facing the right direction. Other than that the plumbing works like it should. Hopefully my wife and an associate from "Mr. Expert plumbing" can find solutions to our dilemma. With all due respect, Doug Blue..."
"Second review. This was my second time using mr. expert. We are doing bathroom and laundry room remodel. Had them move the washer and sink drain in laundry. Moved the toilet and bathtub in bathroom and reconfigure drain stack in basement for future downstairs bathroom. Luis and his crew were awesome! He was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions and easy to schedule. We had a problem with the bathtub and he came back to take it out. I had to order a new one(defect) and they came back as soon as I received it and re installed it. I Highly recommend mr. Expert for any plumbing needs. Will be calling them for future projects. Installed a gas line to a new cooktop. Lowest quote by far that I got and scheduled within a couple days of deciding to do it. Jorge was great to work with and did an awesome job. No complaints highly recommend."
