"We had this company install a $15,000 walk in refrigerator at our restaurant. The fan inside the refrigerator was making a lot of noise but the technician said it would be okay. Within a few weeks the refrigerator started to fail and the temperature was rising to a dangerous level. They came out and fixed it but charged us over $450.00 dollars for labor. This was brand new and should have been corrected when they installed it or at least taken care of by Cold Tech because they are the ones that sold it to us, installed it and didn’t do anything when we told them about the noise on day one. If you can’t back up your work than you don’t deserve good reviews."
