"Horrible experience, I would never use them again or refer anyone to this company. I waited a week to get my mold test report back after someone told me I would have it with in 48 hours. Once I received my report, the readings on the report completely contradict what I was told over the phone when they went over my report. When I spoke to the staff about this, I was told it was a miscommunications between them and I would get a new report. I still haven't seen my revised report."

"So the name of the company fits. It is a disaster. We were referred to them by an insurance adjuster to clean up a flood in our house in 2022. From them cracking a toilet when they removed it, to not turning off the water supply when they removed our faucet and sink, spraying water all over my basement. Their technicians broke glass shelving in a cabinet we had and when they removed our tub, they just set it in our garage and did not haul it away. Fast forward to today, over a year later, no replace glass and we still have a tub in our garage. I was finally contacted 2 weeks ago and made arrangements to be home when they came, but they did not show up. Called the company and they were at an emergency and asked if they could come the following week. Once again made arrangements to be here and lo and behold got a message telling me they couldn’t come out and wanted to reschedule again. Very frustrating and unprofessional."
