"Jake was a lifesaver for us. One of our two ACs was not working and the outside temperature was 100+. Something in the ACs had come loose. He reattached the parts using Loctite to make sure the screws didn’t shake loose. The other repair was more major…one bracket on the rear sway bar of our motorhome came loose and was lost. Only two of those parts exist in the USA at the moment and he managed to get one of them. Took him a while to track down the specific part number. Luckily, one of the two was in Salt Lake City where we were. He did the repair in short order once he had the parts. We are so grateful for his persistence, expertise, and friendliness.
