"BlueFrog went above and beyond in everyway possible! Josh answered the phone right away and having just sold his house, commiserated with my circumstances of being days away from selling my house when suddenly the water wouldn't drain properly in my kitchen sink! He assured me he had a guy that could be at my house later that day and would do their best to keep the cost down. Brent was my service guy and he was very kind and professional. This home was built in 1962 and although we had already replaced 95% of the plumbing, the main drain pipe was still the old galvanized steel. It was like a finger size hole had opened up in the threading. Brent gave me a quote for the work before beginning and told me his plan. I approved and he went to work. Unfortunately as he was fixing the leak the threads on a pipe lower down gave way. Again we talked about what that meant cost wise before moving forward. Once this was completed we were still having water backing up and it was getting late so he promised to come as early as he could with the 75' auger. True as, he arrived early and verbally expressed that he actually really enjoyed the puzzle that this house offered. I was extremely pleased with the job that was done and the conversations I had with both Josh and Bent throughout the process. Highly recommend if you are in need of plumbing in the Tooele area"
