"We’ve hired Bachman for years and have been really happy. Recently we had a problem with our toilet - it kept getting backed up. It happened a few times a week. The last straw was my husband cleaning poopy water off the floor and about having a breakdown over it. He’s a neat freak and this was the last time he could imagine doing that job. I called and they came that morning. The tech is friendly and laid out all our options. One was to purchase and they install a higher power toilet. When Chris came over to fix our yard hydrant he was able to identify and fix the issue quickly. He was super nice and helped me to know what was happening. He was able to make existing parts work even though they weren't ideal. And when my shower wasn't working after having the water to the house off he came back in and fixed it in 30 seconds. Seriously glad I called these guys!"
