"Poor Customer Service, which is very concerning considering the number of times I have left positive feedback based on previous visits prior to the name/ownership change. I went in and was immediately greeted by Laken who was very nice, professional and upbeat. The purpose of my visit was to schedule an engine code check since my check engine light had just come on. Laken was helping me get a simple appointment scheduled for the mid-week to check an engine code that is until ASPEN got involved. ASPEN unprofessionally inserted herself into my conversation with Laken, and wanted to indicate that they were booked two weeks out despite the appointment calander being on the desk indicating there was open availability for mid-week. ASPEN wanted to immediately tell me that this was not a free service, and that it took an hour to run a diagnostic. At this time, I informed her that I was not concerned about having to pay for the service but inquired about anytime this week for after 2:30 PM, I was told that they had a 32-hour job for a truck, and they were "booked." After waiting for nearly five minutes and expressing my frustration with Laken, I left and stopped by AutoZone who ran the code and told me what the problem was. Unfortunately, ADS Automotive because of ASPEN's unwillingness is losing out on a repair set to be around $3500.00. I will NOT be returning based on the overall experience by one employee."

"Definitely not going anywhere else! First time I came in to have them look at my BMW it was quick and they said it was a specialized problem and they didn’t even charge me! Then BMW quoted me 1,000 dollars and they took care of me for a lot cheaper! Same thing, quicker then they even expected! Anne at the front desk is the best! Always nice and goes above and beyond! Everyone is nice and won’t take advantage of you! I won’t take my cars or any of my families cars anywhere else! Love this place!"
