"This company is a bunch of crooked thieves and they've admitted as much when they towed my wife's vehicle from parked in front of our town home and now my truck registration has expired apparently a few DAYS ago and these thieves are already putting stickers on my truck. Meanwhile a broken down trailer sat abandoned in front of my house for months before they did anything about it. Weird how they only tow vehicles they know they'll get money for. Horrible business practice for a state licenced company. SMH"

"Had my vehicle towed out of an HOA, unexpectedly tonight. Went and found the sign for towing information posted, they are required to have this information posted. Called the number dispatched was extremely friendly, got a ride to the yard and had my car back within an hour. Paid the $390, for what seems to be an exceptional service. Not once did I have anyone yell at me, be rude or unprofessional. I didn’t check my car for scratches but they seem to do a great job handling cars and knowing the system down."

"Lone start towing prey cars and take advantage of the services they provide to the complex. Instead of using they services to provide better parking services, they use it to make as much money they can. I parked my car and on the time I climbed the stairs and make the permit on their website which took me 15 minutes, they already took the car, they didn't even wait until the permit comes up to their system. This should't be acceptable for anyone, fees are around 300-500. I don't see most worker people cannot afford these insane fees."

"Well this is a first. I've never had a good experience with a tow company, at least not with one i didn't request for personal use. However, these guys towed multiple vehicles from my storage facility because the storage facility changed their policy without letting the customers know. they ha my vehicles for a while before i even new about it. i couldn't afford to get them back at the time so i chalked it up as a loss. 4 months later, i reached out to see if they still had them and they did. My fees had racked up to thousands per vehicle. I went down an spoke with the owner. Wow, was i shocked. He was kind, mellow, and epithetic. He worked with me to get the cost down an i was able to get my vehicles back. i am 100% satisfied with Lone Star. not so satisfied with the storage facility who put Lone Star in this position in the first place. Thank you Lone Star for everything you did."
