"Amazing communication and very understanding when I had to cancel my initial appointment. Pricing is also hundreds less than what I’d be spending elsewhere. They were very helpful in making sure I understood the work that was going into the car. Many places rush through what they’re proposing to do and don’t properly explain why the work needs to be done, but it was exactly the opposite here. My service was complete in half the quoted time as well. All in all, it was an amazing experience and I’m glad I chose Meineke!"

"I recently visited this service center for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Toyota Camry. The service for the oil change itself was competently handled and completed in an average amount of time (~50 minutes from time of appointment). The staff were professional and the overall service experience was decent. However, I do have some minor reservations. During my visit, a technician brought me my dip stick and said the oil looked dark, and recommended an engine oil flush for $50, which I feel was likely an unnecessary recommendation for my relatively new car with only 20,000 miles, especially since it has been well-maintained. I’m knowledgeable about cars and aware that such a service is generally not required for newer vehicles unless there are specific issues, which my car has not shown evidence of. I do know that the BG oil flush service they offer is reputable and can be helpful for older cars, I simply wish they had been a bit more transparent about the details. While I appreciate the overall service quality, I believe it’s important to be transparent and educate customers who may be less knowledgeable. It’s crucial for auto service centers to provide not just quality service but also trustworthy advice. I would have rated the experience higher if not for this concern about the engine oil flush recommendation."

"My experience at Meineke was wonderful. Customer service was very professional, personable, and kind. I feel they offered a fair price, and quick service. They didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of things I didn’t really need, nor did they try to take advantage of the fact I’m far from knowledgeable about mechanical stuff. I appreciate their diligence in checking my car over for safety concerns and even taking time to explain what I could do to ensure my coming road trip is a safe one. The text links provided give a detailed explanation and pictures of necessary repairs, and also allow for accepting/declining services. Their location was in an easy spot to get to and also find. The office is clean and simple. But had a welcoming feel. Refreshments were available and even a cute sign welcoming their scheduled customers upon entry! Thank you Lindsey (and crew) for all you did for my family and I! If i weren’t moving I would definitely return for service in the future. But I will spread the word to friends and family of how great your shop is!"
