"Walter B. Was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Had a brand new condenser and furnace installed by another company last July and it’s never worked properly. Got tired of working with the installer company and decided to have someone else come look at the system. Walter quickly diagnosed the problem and most importantly why my brand new condenser was incredibly noisy and not working well. Installer put the exhaust vent right by the condenser and aimed directly at the contact unit. This meant all winter that there was warm, humid, acidic condensation blowing right at the condenser resulting is massive amounts of corrosion (pics attached. This unit was installed July 2022 and the contact unit looks like it’s been used for decades and it’s been less than a year.) Needless to say, switching to Select Comfort Systems for all my future HVAC needs."
