"Grease Monkey came in clutch for our family! My car died down at discount tire in WVC, I walked over to grease monkey and Aizik offered to help me! He was so kind and helpful. He came over with a battery reader and oil. We were able to get the car started and drive it over to Grease Monkey. There they changed our battery and topped off all of our fluids. Mark was the manager and just super pleasant to speak with. He helped us check out and ran through the bill to make sure we weren’t charged for anything extra. I really appreciated his thoroughness. "I went in for an emissions and to renew my plates. There was one car in front of me in the bay where they told me to park my car. I waited over an hour to get my the emissions done and to renew my plate. There were three cars that came in and got oil changes in the time that I waited. It was actually a little bit longer of a weight than I expected it to be, but the that we're working. There were so kind and I was just grateful that they got my car done. I probably will be back"
"This is always my preffered location to get my oil changed. They are fast and efficient as well as competent, which is not a combination that you can always find. They also offer other services, but aren't pushy if you tell them no. The manager Mark seems like a nice guy and everyone that works there is always polite and nice to deal with."
