"I got em from Home Depot. I don't do reviews until I know for sure the quality of the installations work and perform consistently at a superior level. This review is for what I saw after a toilet installation today. I have not flushed the toilet yet to test if it works, but Dominic did call ahead of time. He installed the toilet and it looks great! He even hauled the old toilet away and cleaned up the area really well and removed the packaging of the new toilet from the area!! Thank you so much!!"

"We had Ethan come and install our new drinking and water softener, he was very nice, very considerate of being in our home. I felt like we were in his way, but he was so. kind and patient with us being home and also having people over. very amazing work of installing making sure everything was done, right we had a softener that was here before we moved in, but it just wasn’t working out So he made sure that he did all The right plumbing for it and having to re-run everything correctly from the previous work from another company but he may sure should do everything right And efficient going through Costco and using superior water and air has been wonderful And I would highly recommend. The warranty They offer is what really sold us because we obviously are going to need a water softener As we live in Utah. Thank you Ethan for being amazing and thank you for the Note You wrote out yourself to us made it that much more better."

"Our experience has grounds for a low review. Our salesman was there only to make a sale and nothing more. He told us we can contact him any time there is a need. The installer came out to install a softener. After he finished the install he said he forgot a power cord and that someone would contact us to schedule in a week or so and just left. He said you are good for 10 days without it. We called multiple times to our salesman and the office with no answers. Once we did we got the runaround. About 2-3 weeks later we finally got it resolved. We have not been happy with the softener as it has never provided soft water like we were told and it uses a tremendous amount of salt."

"I had my water heater break and Superior water and air were very professional and helpful in getting a new solution for me and my family. The salesman that help come up with a solution to my problem was great. He wasn't pushy and allowed me to take time to think about the correct course of action. When it came time to do the installation of my new water heater the technicians doing the install were very friendly and answered all of my questions. They protected my floors from getting dirty and cleaned up after themselves. The install of my new tankless water heater was done in about 5 hours which was faster than I thought it would be. Overall a great experience"

"We have gotten service from them through Costco. We had a brand new water softener systems installed during 2020. And a year after, we had a brand new HVAC system installed through Superior through Costco as well. Service and Scheduling is very quick. On the day of service, the technician comes, does his assignment, and leaves. No pressure sales whatsoever. Awesome job, guys! We will see you soon for our annual maintenance :)"
