"I can't say enough about Witt's! Keith Witt is our "go to plumber". The most resent call I made, I had worked on my shower replacing the shower handle insert and valve. As I pulled the valve out, the insert had separated and half of it was stuck in the pipe. I couldn't get it out. He forgot to reconnect the toilet so it flooded our bathroom and caused leaking in our kitchen. Fortunately we caught it before it did major damage. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and hire him for another project, but he seemed to want to blame us for his mishap refusing to take responsibility. He unfortunately didn't take the opportunity to make things right and prove his workmanship, and instead threatened to tell all the plumbers near us not to do business with us. Unfortunately, we can't in good conscience recommend him but sincerely hope he can continue to be successful as we know it is tough to run a business perfectly all the time.
