"Everything was fine until it was time to move out. They do not prorate months in advance. You pay for the entire month even if you go over one day Even with the three month notice. They do not refund money. Therefore, recommend a different storage facility."

"On two seperate occasions they took out additional money than should have been taken out. The first time they just tacked it on to the next months payment. The second time they double charged me and I called practically everyday to get some help. It took over a month and a half to even hear from management. The staff at the store I was renting from also said they never heard from management via their emails or calls. When I finally did make contact we resolved a bit of the problem, then I was told he would reach back out to me to discuss other issues..... You guessed it.... Still waiting. In the meantime I have cleared out my unit. It is a well kept unit area, cameras, gates and lights so things are kept safe but if you ever need help from management, don't hold your breath."
