"Waited in drive through over 20 minutes to get told they didn’t have anything I planned to order. They were nice about it so I give them that. Then I go to eat and the burrito has hardly anything in it, my tostada was all lettuce almost no meat. Both meals were soggy. They didn’t include utensils or napkins so I couldn’t even eat it when it was hot. Not happy with this meal or experience at all. Hope you can fix these issues."

"Not happy! Very pissed! Spent almost $40 bucks on dinner for family of 4. My tacos had hardly ANY meat on them. They only put Lettuce on it. They didn't give my limes or salsa that I asked for and they charged me for. They burnt my son's food. And gave both kids Sweet pork when one was supposed to be steak."

"I really want to like this place. It’s convenient for me and the food is alright but today’s visit is the last. There’s no other way to put it: This restaurant is dirty! The tray they gave me at the register smelled so badly of mildew I had to move it to another table just to be able to eat. There’s some kind of murky catch tray at the drink fountain that is placed perfectly to splash you when filling you cup. The Diet Coke was flat. The bins holding utensils were revolting with little bits of debris in the bottom where my fork was resting. There were no napkins and when I went to leave the garbages were filled to overflowing. Just disgusting all the way around. I get that kids work here but is there no manager? Is there no one who cares in the least whether the restaurant is meeting even the bare minimum of cleanliness standards? Gross Cafe Rio. Just gross."

"This location has always been very good. But these last two times have been abysmal. Whoever they have making the burritos and tacos just can't be bothered it seems. If you can't tell my photos are of a burrito. Instead I got a loosely covered soupy mess. Twice in a row now. I would be better off going a quarter mile down the road to Taco Bell for this kind of performance and save $5."

"Cafe Rio is always very spotty. This location was very disappointing. Steak was old and burnt. Tasted like stale jerky. Portions were very small and the order was wrong."
