"Lots of great plant options and reasonably priced. The layout is super easy and it's easy to find plants. Some pricing signage is a bit confusing, but overall it is a pretty good option for plants, weed barriers, fertilizers. Mulch and tools are pricier here and you can get cheaper ones so other locations. We still regularly frequent this store as they gave the most comprehensive and best cared for options."
"Cooks has every kind of plant you could ever want. Best selection in Utah Valley. All the employees are so nice and helpful!"
"Went to 3 different places trying to find a blue arrow juniper that wasn’t $200+. After someone recommended Cook’s Farm & Greenhouse, I went for the first time and found a huge selection of all kinds of plants that rivals the nurseries I usually go to. They were also exceptionally well organized. And they had an entire section of $50 blue arrow junipers! Picked one up and got it planted. I will be back!"
"I have never in life written a negative review but was so disappointed in our recent experience. We have been frequent customers of Cook’s over the years and recently ordered 8 cubic yards of top soil to fill some raised garden beds. Upon delivery we quickly realized they had not delivered the amount we ordered. We called and they assured us it was absolutely not possible that they had shorted us. We mentioned that when we placed the initial order we were told they had two trucks, one that could hold up to 4 cubic yards, and one that could hold up to 10. The manager we spoke with told us that the bigger truck was was not working and when he realized what that meant, said he would have more delivered later that day. Not a huge deal, accidents happen. However, this is the quality of top soil that was delivered. So many rocks, a ton of garbage, and even full logs of wood. We started filling our garden boxes and could not believe this would ever be considered top soil. 4 weeks later and our garden beds have sprung up seeds that we did not plant, and have become overridden with weeds. So incredibly discouraged that we will now have to spend our fall removing all of the “top soil” and replacing it."
