"5/19/23 The WORST LOWES I have ever been in! Their customer service and customer interaction needs to desperately to be addressed! I have probably been to every Lowe's in the valley and I was horrified at my experience! I actually left in TEARS! I also left without the purchase of a beautiful hanging basket with plant, that I had found, except when I looked deeper, there was a poor, barley breathing, dieing baby bird in it. I had finally chased down 2 girls to help me. They promised to take the plant, and get gentle care for the baby bird as they looked in the stores inventory to get me another basket. They found 78 more of the beautiful "monju pothos" hanging baskets in their system. I was happy because I told them that I had only found one, and couldn't see any others around! They both took off and left, AND NEVER came back! I had to track them down, I could not find, and I had no idea where these were! They told me "don't know, just look outside maybe" and walked off, even after I told them we had come from Helper, for a doctor's appointment, and that we really wanted to get back home and over the mountain before dark. We finally started looking outside in the garden center, even though it was an inside plant. Well, finally over there, one person tried to honestly help, a guy named Aaron. Then just like that, one of the girls passed by and told him there were 78 baskets "somewhere"! Aaron offered to help me look but it was getting late and my mom and I were tired and frustrated with the whole experience, that's when we left for home. I have never written a bad review in my life. This is a first.."

"This place is the worst. I waited in a long line for a manager to come and do an override on a price. Then, the manager stood in the shade not ringing anyone else up while we stood in the sun waiting for the one checker to work. They have an antiquated check out that doesn't have Apple or Samsung pay. Every time I go to Lowe's, I view I will never go again because they have such horrible customer service."
