"i am currently deployed overseas and my unit was broken into and all of my military equipment and valuable artwork was stolen. the management is doing nothing to help, can’t even install cameras even though “this has been happening for the past 4 years”. i recommend saving the hassle and going somewhere else so your stuff doesn’t get stolen. was happy with my unit, the size, and location, but this place just can’t be trusted."

"I was super happy about this place because of proximity to where I am staying, ease of accessibility, and value. Unfortunately, I have been here one year this week and the rates have increased twice this year alone. In speaking with staff, there is no clear explanation as to why two rate increases in the same year have taken place; just generalized suggestions. I was also lead to believe this is a common practice with Prime per the staff's 6 years of employment here."

"They hit me with a massive rent increase less than two months in. They’re well aware of how inconvenient it will be to move to a new unit at a company that doesn’t pull these shenanigans. This is a terrible business practice and not the type of thing a company that acts in good faith would do. It’s a shame that this negative review is all I can do given the many hours of work they’re forcing me to put in getting my stuff moved to a less shady company."

"Just moved out and our experience was good. Only negative was the quick price increase mentioned below, but they adjusted it so appreciated that. Newest review: Prime Storage office reached out to fix the pricing increase that occurred soon after move in on my 2nd unit. I have updated my review since they fixed the issue. Older review: See initial review below, just got notice the price for my new storage unit is increasing. Beware they will increase the price after a couple of months renting your unit. Same size unit as I rented earlier for our renovation and price is jumping to $319. They know people won’t want to move everything again after just moving into the storage unit. Luckily my renovation will be done soon & I will move out. Will not use them again or recommend to others as they are misleading with a bait & switch price not long after more in. Initial review: Easy access and staff has been good to work with. Only complaint is price increased after being in unit for 3 months and online pricing is a bit misleading because fees are added. Example, $233 pricing & added $15 protection ( insurance required), + $29 admin. Then increased to $303 after 3 months. Will see if they do the same on another unit I recently rented."

"Deceitful and fraudulent. The people onsite are amazing but they're unable to help w/ how the business functions. I had two units. Within 1-2 months, my rate on both units increased by ~50%. But that's not the primary issue. When it's time to move-out, you can schedule your move-out date online. The website flow makes it seem like you can simply move-out on the date and your monthly payment would adjust. In reality, it doesn't matter your move-out date. You are still charged for the full month post move-out. So you might use the storage for one day in a month, but you'll stay pay the entire month. Very deceitful in practice meant to overcharge unsuspecting customers."
