"We were sold faulty dolly (discovered when we got home. A cotter key was missing, causing a spring loaded pin to remain in the frame and unable to be retrieved, making the ability to adjust or use the other functions impossible). We went back and asked for an exchange or refund. The manager said he couldn't help us because he wouldn't be able to resell it. We didn't know how that should be our problem, because it had already been sold to us this way to begin with. The staff then ignored us and helped other customers. We waited. In front of the other customers, they asked why we were still there. We asked again for help, they SHOUTED at us to "Get Out"! We couldn't understand or believe what was actually happening. We wanted our money back or a functional product. They threatened to call the police. We left and will never use their services again. We still have the $80 dolly that can only use 1 of its many should-be functions."
