Extra Space Storage 2148 North Stagecoach Drive, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045

"I would not store my items here ever again. My bill was due within a day of my mom dying, I accidentally forgot since I had a lot on my mind. Four days late I log in online to pay and not only has my unit doubled in price but I had a $20 late fee. We called to ask why the double in price and just ask if we could maybe be forgiven on the late fee. Apparently the unit doubled to be closer to “fair market value” but we never got a text, email, phone call, Nothing. As far as the late fee the person on the phone was rude and upset I even asked. Even though it’s close by and we paid all 5 months our stuff has been there we are finding somewhere else"

"This is a good location with good rates. They have outdoor units, 10x20, to park vehicles and trailers in. This was a plus for me as it was what I needed it for. The units are clean and seem to be in good shape. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The gate hours are reasonable, but not 24 hours. When it does snow and the ground turns to ice, the driveways are not decently plowed or have ice melt applied. A day after it snowed and I saw the plow there, the ground had frozen. Most the units had it cleared away, but not mine. Trying to pull out an older car, I hit the ice patch and the vehicle was stuck half way sticking out of the unit. It took awhile to break up the ice around it with a shovel and pull it free with my truck. Not the best experience. Also, some Extra Space locations allow you to open and close the gate with your phone, but this location doesn't have that option. Overall I would recommend this location with limited choices in Saratoga Springs and the units are fine."

"The unit came clean, and it's a nice unit, the staff is excellent. They are so helpful they just spent the last hour helping me get unstuck in my van. It would seem corporate does not think it Is important to offer snow removal. I was never able to get into my unit today :("

"This has been the EASIEST process!!! The online form was very quick and very thorough. I couldn’t get there before the office closed but they were able to leave my lock in the unit. I was sent my gate code via email and text instantly. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the entire facility was! 100% would recommend!!"
