"Use to be good. Every time I go there now I am told they have no milk, or ice cream and even sometime the cookie is out. Probably will not be returning or giving you guys any recommendations when people ask for a good cookie place. Do better!"

"I'm convinced that someone at corporate got burned by someone with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance. I can think of no other reason that a sane company would take a gluten free chocolate chip cookie off of the menu in favor of the worst cookie: oatmeal raisin. That chocolate chip cookie was probably the best one I've had in my 5 years of needing to eat gluten free. I won't be trying the oatmeal raisin because it isn't my jam, and I can't bring myself to believe that it will be more popular that the chocolate chip. (If you can't tell, it's extremely upsetting when you HAVE to eat gluten free and you find something you love only for it to be taken away). I don't know how I'll find out if it ever comes back, but I hope it does."

"Came in this evening and the experience overall was poor. First of all, the drive through had a sign hung up stating that it was closed so we had to go into the lobby. Secondly, the line was long, probably because they only had one girl working. & last of all, I Was excited to try the shake since we’re big fans of the cookies… and I tell you what, I couldn’t have been anymore disappointed. I’m not sure if it was the lack of training or if the shake was actually supposed to be like that. It was GROSS. It was watery and warm, like slurping up the water in the kitchen sink after doing the dishes. Either way, don’t recommend going here and ordering the shakes, or should I say dish water? Pretty sure it’s close enough."

"Wonderful atmosphere, great employees, and amazing cookies. I absolutely LOVE the ooey-gooey cookie. It's cheesecake, and it is to die for! Also the Brookie, WOW, you won't be disappointed, try this one! The employees are very knowledgeable on the cookies, and they are very helpful. This was my first visit, and the staff plus the delicious cookies are definitely taking me back! Thanks Dirty Dough! So happy to see a great cookie place out west in Clinton."
