"Many years ago. I slipped out of the back of my truck on a snowy day in Park City. I fell so hard, and the customer witnessed it. They wanted to call an ambulance. But I refused because fedex doesn't offer health insurance. And I could not afford it. My fake manager, aka contractor, had to finish the day. He urged me continuously to return to work. 20 years later, I sometimes think I'm having a heart attack from all the cartilage torn in my rib cage. It is still swollen on the left side to this day. But it's not a Fedex problem. It's mine now."

"Why would a truck leave California and then stop in Salt Lake City Utah for two days (about 20 miles from the delivery destination) and then go to Billings Montana via a highway that is less that miles from the delivery destination? After that, spending two days in Montana then returning to Salt Lake City (passing within 5 miles from the delivery destination again) only to wait another day to deliver the shipment? The basic idea of logistics is to get items to destinations within the delivery window. This shipment missed the opportunity to ship within the delivery window three times..."

"Delivered a load here. They make you disconnect from the trailer and they dock it. Ok no problem. They take no information from the drivers. So I ask the reception, well how will I know it’s done? She tells me they will drop it right where I dropped it. Was here for 10 hours. Checking over and over again. Finally I spot my trailer further down the yard. Empty, ready to go, no where close to where the staging area is."

"Horrible contract hub! Constantly deliver incorrectly, you can never find your package, and customer service just denies your claim! The drivers/hub constantly trash your packages, damage your items, or lose them. Do not use FedEx if it goes through the North Salt Lake Utah hub!!!! Ever since the two meat heads took over the contract, FedEx is trash!!!!!!"
