"The best facility in my experience. They unloaded my trailer for 10 hours and I was angry, BUT they offered a shower, a food court, when I visited the restroom it was very clean, they allowed me to stay overnight after the unloading. My freight were boxes with fresh food and they left one box inside of my trailer which was really nice. It seems that they really care about drivers and have organised all good conditions for us - drivers. THANK YOU!"
"They have pushed my delivery back twice now. Tried calling customer service and the automated service bot keeps telling me that it cannot connect me to a representative and hangs up or says that the representatives have no further information and then hangs up. What is the point of paying extra for faster shipping if they’re not going to deliver it on the day they say"
"CUSTOMER SERVICE APPARENTLY NON-EXISTENT! My shipment has been about 20 minutes north of delivery location since 1:38 AM on Monday, 12/6/21. I tried getting a hold of a real person today at their 800 number and all I was able to hear were sales pitches for various (3 or 4) products. When I declined the last one I was disconnected. We pay good money for use of this service and to be treated so disrespectfully is UNACCEPTABLE! I understand they may be short-staffed, however, a courteous reply does not take much effort. I believe you can do better, FedEx! You’ve done so in the past. Get back to what made you successful."
"The FedEx customer service representative was polite and patient. They should be rewarded for that. In this case the system failed in multiple ways. The package has taken far longer to make it to an attempted delivery. That is almost certainly a product of workforce shortages and maybe increased demand. Got it. Where the system shows cracks is 1) When the attempted delivery to the store was done outside of business hours for the store. I know that logistics is incredibly difficult but come on … “You missed delivery of the package. We will attempt again at 8 a.m. the next business day.” I didn’t miss anything. The store didn’t miss anything. FedEx failed to deliver or attempt to deliver during the hours of operation of the business. This also wastes the driver’s time and effort. What percentage of deliveries are failed and reattempted? How can you create efficiency here? 2) When I call customer service, I get no help, no ability to contact the distribution center to plan and troubleshoot, and I get a bunch of meaningless canned answers from the poor person on the phone taking my call. You have set your customer support center up for failure by giving them no more information or ability to help than the chat bot or automated phone system. They have no one to call, no way to problem solve. They just get abuse from dissatisfied customers because your system is broken. Since the scheduled reattempt at delivery is also set before the store’s hours, I tried to ask how we could prevent a recurrence of the issue. The call center rep has absolutely no way to help. So, it will be a problem again tomorrow or the next day. I get that usually only dissatisfied customers leave reviews, but judging by the reviews and ratings online, nobody really listens to feedback or looks to make a change. I am happy to help. I understood management and collaborating for improved processes, efficiency and effectiveness. Respond to this and let me help you."
"They have had my package for 5 days now and not one person can explain why it has not been delivered. Just the same B.S. excuses over and over. I don't see how they stay in business when they are all so incompetent. This place is a joke. Use ANY other shipping company is my advice. If you use Fed Ex you will be waiting and be given no explanation why."
