"I purchased window roller shades from Budget Blinds last summer in 2022. They were beautiful and customer service was absolutely wonderful! One year later I had a problem with the valances installed on my doors knocking into each other and coming down. On one of the instances they came down some of the parts disappeared that attached them to the door. I contacted Grant with Budget Blinds. Even though it had been over a year since they were installed he ordered the parts I needed and then sent a very nice installer to come out to install them free of charge. This company cares about their customers! I would definitely purchase from them again!"
