"These guys were great! Simple and clear communication! On time delivery and the flowers were exactly what I asked for! They even provided a picture before they were delivered. VV also notified me when they were delivered. I have been buying my wife flowers for 30 years. That has never happened. I am a Vintage Violets customer for life! Thank you. Troy W."
"Cheryl, thank you for another beautiful creation. I love your designer’s choice option❤️"
"Vintage Violet was so kind and caring as we prepared for my aunt’s funeral. I knew it would be difficult on a holiday weekend, but she came thru, even when I increased the order the day before. I will be ordering more!"
"We ordered a beautiful, last minute casket spray and couldn’t have been more appreciative to the thoughtfulness Cheryl had towards us. She was so kind, guiding, and went above and beyond. I really liked her process of how she sends a picture of the piece, and another email once delivery is completed. I highly recommend Cheryl at the Vintage Violet."
"Normally I do not write reviews, but this experience changed my mind. I ordered "premium" designer's choice for Valentine's day per phone one day ahead. I specifically asked for a delivery within a reasonable time. However, the flowers were not delivered until the end of the day, when my wife was about to leave her business. I tried to call in earlier to remind them about the missing delivery, but nobody would answer the phone. The next disappointment was the quality and appearance of the flowers. The lilies were old, brownish, and damaged. The arrangement was clearly not of "premium" quality: it was disappointingly short, with most flowers measuring not even a foot in length. It seems the designer's choice is simply a clever way to get rid of leftover flowers that are either too short or too old to be used for something else. This also make me wonder how the cheaper 'deluxe' or even the 'standard' version might look like. For more than a week now I repeatedly tried to reach the store, but nobody answers the phone."
