"Ordered an arrangement of Hydrangeas (cloud 9) for delivery on Aug 3rd. Everything was fine, with the order and delivery process, however a couple of the blooms looked a little wilted and sick even on the evening of delivery and this morning, August 5th, 2 days later, the arrangement looks like it is a week old! Extremely disappointed as this was to celebrate a very special occasion. A bunch of flowers from Walmart would have been better!"
"I am the ultimate procrastinator and I forgot to place an order for a funeral floral arrangement. I went to their website (since I am out of state) and the website stated I would still be able to get same day delivery. I quickly placed the order before the store even opened. When I called the store after opening, a kind woman answered and verified my order. She said it would be tight since the flower arrangement needed to be completed (and delivered) within 1-2 hours of them opening.
