Dr Morano is the best psychiatrist in a sea of them over the last 30 years. She is compassionate and listens to me even when I worry that I may be far off mark. I always feel like I'm part of a team in making decisions and have benefits from her expertise far more than any other psych professional. I will miss you!"

"She is the best doctor I've ever had. She listens and cares about me, even when I stumble over myself during appointments. When I was struggling, she actually came in to help me during her MATERNITY LEAVE. She also spends double the allotted time for me, even though I've seen how crazy the waiting area is. I will never forget that she cared enough to help me during a time like that. Being fifteen minutes late isn't that big of an issue because I've seen how many patients she had and I know she is trying to help as many people as possible, because that is just the kind of sweet person she is. I have been seeing her for five years (I think) for my schizoaffective disorder, and I plan on remaining her patient."

"For the first few months of seeing Dr. Morano I really enjoyed visiting with her and felt that my mental health was a priority. But lately the quality in care has really declined. She refuses to revisit my diagnosis regardless of how many times I've asked; she will tell me she is taking note of a concern or goal I have, and then during the next appointment claim it is not there and she has no memory of what we discussed. She would tell me she had cancelled medications I no longer take but I have months of prescriptions still being filled that I have told her over and over again I don't take; every appointment I have to remind her what medicine I take and her notes are always incorrect and list multiple medications I haven't taken in years. It really feels like she no longer cares and ieave every appointment frustrated and ignored."
