"I can’t even put into words how frustrated and disappointed I am with this firm, particularly Richard. Last tax year I was referred to this company by an old business partner for my personal and business tax filings and it was literally one thing after the other. First after already taking me as a client they told me they “can’t get to me until the beginning of the year.” This was in December 2022 and it seemed understandable. It took over 7 months for them to “get to me.” Afterwards I decided to only have them file my personal taxes and one business. They amended a previous years filing specifically saying this will cost you nothing and you can take advantage of the additional deductions and here we are, a year later and several thousand dollars in fees later, and the amended return resulted in me receiving a $3,009.08 bill from the IRS A FULL YEAR LATER AFTER CHARGING ME OVER $1000 for amending the previous return. If you are looking for a CPA for personal or business keep looking this is probably one of the worst options you could choose."
