I think if we pay to someone do the taxes it's because we don't know how's it to be doing... But . When something happens... Just washed the hands... I wouldn't have to pay your service for 19 years"

"It is one of the worst centers to do your taxes, they do not help you solve ANYTHING when the IRS may need more information from you, if something happened with the tax declaration of past years they do not help you and they give you a number where only one answer operating machine, at the beginning they are very kind when they charge you to do your taxes, but when something goes wrong, they no longer help you, one of the ladies who attends there told me that it was better to speak in English and that If she didn't know, then she would look for someone to help me, to which I told her: I speak 3 languages, so the lady is something racist. After reading this review, the same lady who sent me to speak English called me and zero empathy in trying to understand my situation, she wouldn't let me speak while we were on the phone and I think it would have been better not to call me if She did not have the willingness to help, I would recommend a class of communication and customer service"
