"This is an updated review. My job had set this up wrong and was causing our 401k contributions to come out of payroll and my personal checking account. Alex went above and beyond to make sure my soon to be ex employer could not do this anymore. (I know the audacity). They reimbursed me my money and I was happy they made sure this was fixed. Great customer service!"

"Disappointed in this service. They did not do what they said they would regarding our contributions. We chose them over CalSavers which is free. *** Updating this review to share that they did go back and correct the mistakes and offered to make it right on their end. We are hoping that going forward it will be smoother and have been assured that what happened to us was a fluke that hasn't happened before. *** Updating this review because 401Go really worked hard to make this error right by correcting it and offering us a small amazon gift card and a few months off for the mistake. "We are a small company (less than 10 employees) and I found 401Go to be a great fit for us: personable service, simple and easy to use and very reasonable cost. For a small company like us, monthly fees is a big deal when it comes to offering 401K to employees. We were with Guideline before but after one year they jacked up their fee 3 times higher than initially forcing us to search and found 401Go. All small employers should consider 401go first before they consider other companies. Their communication is also very fast."
