"I’m absolutely sure that there are plenty of great companies out there who are run with good leadership, have their clients best interests at heart and do their utmost to help their clients - Stagg Fiduciary is not one of them and is not close to being a reputable company you can trust to do the right thing. My mother was recommended to use them as the executor of her estate. They botched this allowing fraudulent claims to take most of her estate. They never contacted or spoke with agents who handled her investments to understand how they were to be used. We demanded transparency only to be told to go through their legal counsel. They took more than a year to resolve issues making claims they were not responsible for the delay. In the end they left a mess which required litigation of third party claims and they became a roadblock. Don’t expect them to communicate with you. Know that they are going to bill you for work even if they don’t do anything just so they can make payroll and understand what you’re getting into if you use them. Frankly, I’m surprised they are not sued more often based on their lack of professionalism and expertise is resolving issues and actually poorly understanding what their role should be."
"I've been working with Stagg Fiduciary Services for a couple of years now, and I can confidently say they are great at what they do. We are happy to recommend clients to them. We recommend clients to them because they always have the client's best interest at heart and they have genuine care for the people they serve. They do a great job as a trustee. An added benefits is that their prices are very competitive. I look forward to keep working with them in the future."
"THERE IS NOT a SINGLE POSITIVE THING TO SAY ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! FIDUCIARY...? HAH! They DO NOT have anyone's financial best interest in mind but their own! They will not tell you what they are spending your parent/s money on, there is no breakdown or reporting of how much they're charging you for legal fees, administrative fees, what they are paying themselves. It's all in one lump sum and they will not offer any explanations! Their lawyer, Michael A. Jensen is incompetent and misogynistic, watch out ladies! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Do not let a judge appoint them, whatever you do! BEWARE!"
"As far as working for this company, I found it was absolutely awful. They have such a high turnaround as far as staffing goes, and there was such a lack of inventorying each client's file and assets which were being held at the office or storage bays. I was shocked at the lack of organization this company had. When I was hired, I inventoried all the clients' files, found the location of their assets being held by the company, etc., and then provided a detailed list to my supervisor. I basically left the company after "cleaning house". If you intend to work for this company as an administrative assistant, be prepared to babysit the employee in charge of payroll and case managers, and subsequently be blamed if they are not doing their jobs in a timely manner. My supervisor had absolutely no tact or professionalism, and would often demean others (including myself) in front of others at staff meetings. She was into a lot of employee shaming, not praise, and everyone could feel the lack of appreciation and any positivity in the office. I have never posted an online review about an employer in my life, but this was honestly one of the worst positions I've ever held in my 25 years of employment. I would seriously do some research before considering working for Stagg Fiduciary."
"STAGG was recently appointed as the fiduciary for my elderly mother. They made many promises and claims about the service that they provide. So far we have been extremely disappointed with the staff, the responsiveness and the lack of interest in my mother's well being and the dynamics of the family situation. They have of course taken payment for their "services" monthly without hesitation. Sadly they are lacking in every way."
