"Delivery was more than satisfactory. Items were delivered 2 days ahead of schedule. The day of delivery I was notified there was an unexpected delay but delivery was still within the original specified time. Both men were courteous, efficient, and had the information I needed."

"Really bad. They gave me a worse than usual wait around for 4 hour delivery window, with a we will text you when we are within 30 minutes. Got that text an hour and a half ago. Went to the chat on their website to see if I could tell if they got lost or what was going on. They said I have to call in on the phone and talk to the people there. I did that. I was transferred to 3 different people before they hung up on me. Still no delivery. I have no idea what is going on. No follow ups. Nothing. Really very bad customer service. Hmm. Past the 1:13 response time now we are 2 hours beyond the we will be there in 30 minute window and counting…. Seems like you are monitoring the reviews a lot better than you are monitoring the delivery. Still no delivery… 2.5 hours now past that 30 minute delivery window. Nothing. According to the tracking map they have been stopped again for a while. The owner in his message below deleted the bit about them being here about 1:13. It’s now 1:40. Still nothing. Way to be accountable! This is definitely what I was hoping to do this weekend."

"My delivery was exceptional! I knew a couple days before when to expect my delivery. I received a call 30 min. before so I knew to plan for them. The 2 crew members were so nice and took our fridge to the basement which was not an easy task. They removed the box and hauled it away. They were so careful with the fridge making sure they didn’t bump or scratch it. They happily put it exactly where I needed it. I knew it wasn’t an easy delivery and they were so happy to accommodate."

"Poor customer service keep canceling and rescheduling my order 3 times and give me the run around on coming and picking my order up. Update. My washer and dryer were delivered yesterday. A day earlier then 3rd delivery date given. The 2 guys were very polite. The installation went great. I give the installation 5 stars. So I have changed my review from a 1 star to a 3."
