"I was so excited for my package on friday that I was checking the website about every 20 or so minutes, I checked the website at 9:10 where it said that it had “tried to be delivered” at 9:01, which was when i was in the living room and absolutely would have heard a knock. They did not knock or ring the doorbell or anything and just left, now keep in mind this package was a MOBILITY SCOOTER, because I am DISABLED and cant drive. I then had to wait until monday where I had them take the box to a pick up location instead. All day and nothing it says its out for delivery until it says “pending” so I call the location I am supposed to pick it up, and they have my package which if I went on the website said was NOT ready for delivery. I don’t understand how you can get delivering a package so wrong but FedEx has achieved it."
"Why can't I give zero stars? FedEx is without doubt or argument the worst shipping company on the planet. They keep sending fake delivery dates and never delivering. I can't believe a company can be so bad at the one job they have. There is no customer service. If all stars align and you actually get your package it will likely be damaged. I can't understand how they are even close to being in business."
"Update: Jered, was very professional, he even showed up a little early. And he apologized for the other driver who stopped by the other day. I heard the vehicle pull up, since this is a small rural town which is very quiet. I rang our doorbell once for him, and he said, "Yep, it works." :) He told me that he will be our regular delivery driver from now on, except during Christmas then you get whoever is available! So initially I gave them 1 star but Jered easily turned FedEx back into a 5 - Thank you! Initial review: My home office is adjacent to our front door. On the package in big permanent marker it says "PLEASE RING DOORBELL" the delivery driver did in fact ring our doorbell but then without warning he started banging on our storm-door. It startled my wife, and frustrated me. I immediately got up, left the office and opened our front door and the storm door. Then I said to the delivery driver, it says "Please ring doorbell" after you did that there was no reason to bang on our door. Without apologizing he told me "sometimes the doorbell doesn't work." Ours does I told him. Again, no apology. He handed me the box which was actually split open on the top, luckily the merchandise wasn't damaged. I signed my name. And now as I'm closing our door he says to me "What is your last name?" I said, it's listed on your device, I just signed it. He says; "I can't read that." He told me that without even looking at it, so I verbally told him what our last name is. But overall this is a poor way to do business. This is someone who was unapologetic, they don't listen and since something has happened to them in the past they treat everyone like it could potentially be the same again. I might not have minded the knocking if there was a pause, but since it was done at the exact same time without waiting it just comes off as impatient. And I know the delivery driver has a job to do. But he would have been faster and more efficient without annoying the people who he is trying to help!"
"I am utterly frustrated and disappointed with the appalling service provided by FedEx. It's been a whopping 10 days since my package was supposed to be delivered, yet it is still nowhere to be found. How can a supposedly reputable delivery company fail so miserably at such a basic task? To add insult to injury, FedEx driver allegedly made an attempt to deliver my package, despite the fact that no tag was left at my door. How convenient to blame the customer for their own incompetence! When I reached out to their customer service for an explanation, I was met with empty promises and excuses, with the assurance that my package would be delivered the next day. Shockingly, those promises turned out to be nothing but false hope. The lack of accountability and transparency displayed by FedEx is simply unacceptable. As a consumer, I have the right to expect a certain level of service, especially when I have paid for it. It is abundantly clear that FedEx does not value its customers nor prioritize their satisfaction. In an age where efficient package delivery is expected, FedEx has proven itself to be grossly inadequate. This experience has left me questioning their professionalism and ability to meet even the most basic of expectations. It is deeply disheartening to witness how they can fail so spectacularly and yet offer no reasonable explanation or resolution. It is only fair to warn others to steer clear of FedEx. If you value your packages and expect them to be delivered in a timely manner, I advise exploring alternative delivery services. Don't subject yourself to the frustration and disappointment that I have endured. FedEx has proven itself incapable of fulfilling its most fundamental responsibility, and that is simply not fair to customers like myself."
