Some of the negative reviews mention how the previous owners never communicated and that is pretty accurate, but I've found the new owners to be very good about communication. I've never had an issue with reaching them via email, phone calls, or stopping by the office in person during the day. They've also made physical improvements to the site. Overall, the new owners have been very professional and helpful and I feel very comfortable with my experience there."
