"At 7 days after my parcel was to arrive, I called their office and asked for an update. I was told they had it, and would be delivered to me that day or the next. 3 days later (10 total days late) I received heavily mangled packaging, very clearly labeled "fragile" all over the place, and surprise... the product shipped to me was damaged to the point of being unusuable. Unless you enjoy late and damaged packages and poor customer support Maybe look for another courier."
