"Worst robot ever especially when all you need to do is talk to a person. You get ahold of a person and they are even less helpful! Pack is at the facility but because it is scheduled for delivery the next day they won't let you drive to the facility and pick it up early. Even if you pay the 5.99 to pick it up at the facility. You'll still have to wait for the day of delivery then can pick it up at the facility. Trash system"

"Brought a load here. My appointment was for 9:00 am it’s now 1:18 and still no trailer. I only had 9 pallets! Avoid delivering to this place!"

"I would not even get this company one star. I was supposed to receive a gift from my minor child that was unfortunately being delivered through UPS. The tracking information originally showed being delivered before Christmas but is now showing a delivery date after Christmas? I came to the UPS distribution center to pick up the package myself and they refused to give it to me. If I'm there in person to pick up the package myself, why can't I take it with me. These people have absolutely no Christmas heart and I will NEVER ship with them again."

"Salt Lake Customer Center, I happen to be there on a day that they were practice picketing. Apparently these young adults are practicing because there is talk of a strike. Also, most of them do not realize what picketing and walking a strike line means. I went into the UPS Customer Center and was greeted by Lisa and Laura and there service was remarkable. Thank you ladies keep up the good work"
