"Great delivery service. We shipped a crate from Hawaii to SLC airport and needed it delivered to Idaho. Price was very reasonable. Diamond picked it up at United cargo on arrival day and the delivery guy was great. He brought it right to our house and unloaded it on the driveway, out of the way. Super happy with their service."

"Effective hand off of our shipment from the long distance carrier to Diamond Line and they were VERY prompt in getting our five, large, heavy boxes to our Cabin in Fish Haven, Idaho...not exactly on the beaten trail. Billy and Dave were good humored and very helpful getting the boxes where we needed them."

Rude employees. 5:30 am appt and finally unloaded at 10:00am.Don’t expect them to even get started unloading any trucks until 8am even though you may have an earlier appt time and they say they start at 5am.Got yelled at for checking the trailer to make sure they could get dock plate up. And then got yelled at for sticking my head around the back of the trailer while outside on parking lot to see how far along they were unloading.. They are so concerned about those types of safety issues but yet they don’t take your keys or chock wheels.makes no sense. Just want to throw their weight around."
