"Dr. Hilyer is a great doctor, but her office staff is horrible. Three out of my last five visits had appointments that were cancelled from their system without notification. When I go to check in, the staff would act as if I never had an appointment. Dr. Hilyer has been my daughter's doctor since the day she was born and I was attached to the idea of her keeping the same doctor throughout her childhood. But after taking time off work to drive my daughter out to SLC to only get a half-hearted apology from her apathetic staff on three separate occasions, I've decided to look for a new doctor. I just can not afford to lose work and stress about whether or not our appointment has been deleted by her staff who do not care about her patients. If she has too many patients, she should just let them know."
