Fix and Finish LLC

"Absolutely horrible scammers. We were referred to them through our home warranty company. A plumber came out, looked at the faucet, then told us he would be right back. He never came back. Fast forward TWO DAYS - still no word. We had to call to see what was up. We discovered they told the warranty company that we intentionally damaged a fixture and that ensured the warranty company wouldn't cover the work to repair it, but they still got paid for their service call. Then they tried to bill me $500 to replace a faucet. Come on. Get out of here. I spoke with the owner and he refused to explain why the tech made that determination. He told me to speak with the warranty company and refused to listen when I explained that I already had spoken with them. He admitted that the tech had made that determination but wouldn't give me any further details. This company does nothing but scam. I will be filing a complaint with the state (dept of consumer protection) as well."

"This company is dishonest and unprofessional. We needed a kitchen faucet replaced and are covered under a warranty. They did not call ahead, showed up outside the conveyed time window, and then took a few photos and left. We didn't hear anything fpr two days. We called and were told that The told our warranty company that we had broken the faucet intentionally, which voided our warranty and then quoted us $500 to replace a kitchen faucet. Absolutely not. When we called the company that sent him, they refused to correct the false report. Fraudulent extortionist behavior. I'll be reporting them and the other company to the business bureau."

"Seemed nice but showed up for 15 minutes, opened up a small hole to see ducks said he need more money from my insurance to investigate. He did not follow with me or with my insurance company. They billed 1.5 hours to my insurance company as well as the $75 I was required to pay to have him show up. Complete insurance scam."

"After waiting 4 days without AC and taking a half day off work they called and let me know, 20 minutes after they should have been there, that they were no longer coming out and I would have to reschedule. While they had a good excuse, they had no solution as to how to make this right, ie, have their tech work late or find a time when I wouldn't have to take work off again. Apparently their schedule is much more important than their customers."
