"This is the place to go... PERIOD. I run a business and was traveling in my RV when I experienced an issue. The first thing that struck me as particularly nice, was Joe that answered in service, and was able to listen to the issue, and guide me in the right direction. He was EXTREMELY kind and courteous, as I am not a mechanic, and although not stupid, I am ignorant of many things under the hood. They got me in for a diagnostic ASAP but explained that they were probably around 35 hours out on starting new jobs due to the amount of business. This was at 7pm on Thursday. It is not 11am Friday and they have the issue fixed, which was related to a coolant leak that Aaron was able to detect fairly quickly. Brandon did the work in about an hour and a half and got me going!!! These guys listened to my situation, understood, and had the empathy to help me and get me going QUICK! Sure they could have come up with some cock and bull story about this or that, and I would probably have believed them as to what was wrong... Could have put a 1 in front of the total and I would have had no choice or really no knowledge to do anything different. They were absolutely amazing and operated with 100% integrity. Thanks guys!!!"
