"I've had professionals come to help touchup scratched and damaged furniture before, so I know what is possible with good quality repair. This is not it. He basically went around with a pen and colored in the scratches with stains that didn't match the wood color. The scratches on my desk were covered by an opaque, grayish substance that didn't match the color of the wood at all. One patched area looked like it was painted on with the wrong color and looked really fake. I had to ask Ryan to leave after half the time was used because I didn't want any more of these "repairs" to be done to my furniture any more. I am going to find another company to get my furniture touched up. It was very disappointing. I was charged 229.00 for two hours of his services. He arrived an hour late for his appointment."
