"Got my oil changed here yesterday. They charged me almost 80 dollars, and said that's what synthetic oil 'costs' - after the work had been done. Which, after some online & local store research - is totally false! You can get 5 quarts for around $25-40. This was by FAR the most expensive 'oil change' I have ever had. The owner, Nathan was cordial - but most definitely dishonest here. I will NOT be giving them any business in the future. I would recommend any readers to do the same, if they are willing to lie about oil prices, what else are they willing to lie about? Pro tip for the future: Don't use excessive profit margins to rip your customers off."

"I was very disappointed. I spoke to a technician and he told me I could drop off my car in any two hour window and they would be able to fix my problem. Then I called in and asked if it would work to drop off the car in the afternoon for a couple of hours, the person who answered the phone said no. I asked if I could set up an appointment on Saturday, they said no, but to come in as early as possible on Saturday because it was on a first serve basis and they would get to my vehicle quickly. When I came in they told me I would have to drop off my car for the whole day. So what was the point of making me come in at 8am on a Saturday? They never mentioned I would have to leave my car the whole day. I left and after the flip flopping experience I have no intention on returning. I did have a previous positive experiences, but the bottom line is after this one I won't be returning."
