Reviews
"good place"
"Consistently and without remorse respect their student employees. Hospitable, fair, and sympathetic towards student employees, the administration of Performing Arts Management has, historically, agreed with BYU Student Employment Policy through fair practices and by fairly working student employees. Employees to work reasonable hours with high flexibility. If they fall short of the hours required of them, they communicate effectively. Speaking up about the unfair work conditions is encouraged. If they bring any of these issues to light and try to make positive change in the organization, they are honored highly. This department has so much potential to be a positive influence. They choose the way of Christ and constantly pursue opportunities which serve others' career interests. The fun administration of this organization has a place at BYU."
"Consistently and without remorse disrespect their student employees. Hostile, exploitative, and apathetic towards student employees, the administration of Performing Arts Management has, historically, gone directly against BYU Student Employment Policy through shady compensation practices and by overworking student employees. Employees are forced to work unreasonable hours for little pay. If they fall short of the extreme hours required of them, they are threatened with termination. If they speak up about the unfair and unethical work conditions, they are threatened with termination. If they bring any of these issues to light and try to make positive change in the organization, they are threatened with termination. This department has so much potential to be a positive influence, but instead of choosing the way of Christ, they constantly pursue opportunities which serve their own career interests at the cost of those who have no power to oppose. The foul administration of this organization has no place at BYU."
"They send students all over the world to share music and dance. And they do a great job!"
