Reviews
"The theater itself is nice but they only ever play the same 2 movies. I am an amc stubs member and it feels pointless because they dont even show all the new movies. If I wanted to see most of the movies coming out I would have to drive all the way to West Jordan. The theater isnt small enough to explain why they don't play 90% of the new releases."
"I love this theatre!!! I've come here for a few years now and it's gotten so much better than what old reviews might say. Everyone there is so nice and helpful :) They have chocolate pretzels and they might be my new favorite candy to get for the movies :)"
"There are wheelchair spaces in the theater but that's the only accessible thing about this place. At the entrance there are two sets of heavy doors that I struggled to get through, even though I had someone to help me. The doorway to the bathroom was already narrow, and they also had a big garbage can blocking part of it. I managed to get in and had to knock over a wet floor sign because there was not enough space to get around it. When I got back to the disabled stall there was a small sign saying it was out of order, which really needed to be on the outer doorway instead. For ten minutes after the movie was supposed to start, there was nothing on the screen. The sound was on and unbearably loud. The first time we went out to tell someone, they said it hadn't been long enough and we just had to wait. We went back a minute later because the sound was so loud it was painful. This time we talked to a different person and they immediately went to fix it. The movie itself was great, but the whole experience before and after was terrible."
"Tried to watch the movie Barbie last Friday at this AMC. After 20 minutes of no projector image during the previews we sat and waited another 45 minutes for them to try and fix the projector. Over an hour later they came in and told us it wasn't going to work and to come back another time. We all lined up in a long queue and the staff started hanging out movie vouchers to people, one per person. We don't live in the area so I requested a refund (showing the receipt used to purchase our tickets). The manager said "Do you think we can just give away free money? I need your ticket stub." I told her my ticket stub was in my seat and she said I should go back and look for it if I want my money back. So I went back into the empty theater with a heavy heart, knowing all too well the ticket stub had already been swept up by the cleaners. My fears were correct. The manager refused to give us refunds even with proof of purchase and I'm giving this theater one star for terrible service and poor communication. Hey owners and employees of AMC, you need to show the movies to the people if you're going to keep their $$$$. Just refund the money if your projector is busted."
