"My family and I went to Megaplex to see Dune 2 and had tickets for the luxury seats. However, the "luxury" seats felt more like an airplane seat. Yes they recline, but you are elbow to elbow with strangers. There is no wiggle room and super uncomfortable to sit in for 2+ hours. It really takes away from the experience when you get elbowed by someone reaching for their drink."

"Have made it difficult to want to go here instead of a national chain. The food ordering stinks and the employees do not care about your order or pay attention. All competitors have FAR superior customer service. They do not accept cash, and charge more for reclining seats when their competitors provide it for every seat. Get it together Megaplex!"

"Love the District megaplex theaters in South Jordan. We have seen a few movies over the last few months with different family members. We love it when the older employees are there to scan your tickets or phone there very friendly and helpful. Wish they will bring back there super nachos? Better coke drinks would be greatly appreciated. Theaters and bathrooms are clean like it was before covid shut them down. When scanning our ticket code it would be much easier if you simply scan it once without changing the screen twice. My husband and I saw The sound of freedom it’s about children sold into the sex slavery. This is not my type of show but we wanted to support Tim Ballard I seen him once a year and he is the real deal modern day hero. It’s heart wrenching to believe this is still happening today especially in the US. I have heard many of his missions from Tim himself and it’s difficult to believe. The movie was very moving and we’ll made. It made it quite personal too me. Thank you Megaplex for showing this very well made show."

Comfortable spacing. They keep it really clean, everywhere. Bathrooms are always clean and many stalls available. Picture and sound quality are great. Step up the quality with IMAX"
